  Very bad experience. Dale Flanagan of Central Seacoast Appraisals, Inc is very unprofessional and rude. Horrible business practice. Does not listen to you whatsoever and cuts you off while you’re talking. Does not care what you have to say. Wants to just do what he thinks, gives no crap about you or the bank. I asked him how the appraisal process works and why it took rather long to get a call from them, he replied very nasty with, he does not know what I am talking about and he does not care. He is calling me now. He kept forcing me into an appointment even though I was trying to explain to him that time did not work for me. He then continues with telling me that he will not repeat himself again and he does not have to answer my questions. Then he continues seeming very annoyed saying that he will be there Tuesday in the morning. I told him that this is very unprofessional and I want him nowhere near my house. I would never trust him. I shouldn’t be feeling scared and threatened to have an appraisal come to my house. Very Unprofessional. This company are scam artists and they are defrauding the Appraisal Dispatch Companies. This guy named Dale Flanagan obviously has not idea as to what an appraisal report even is, he couldn't answer simple questions such as: What do you appraise in the inspection or usually how long does it take to finish a report? MAKE SURE TO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am going to report them to the State of New Jersey along with the Attorney General's office, Department of Consumer Affairs especially their board known as the State Real Estate Appraiser Board, and the Appraisal dispatching companies. I am going to report for Professional/Occupational Misconduct, Abuse of License issued by the State of New Jersey, and Fraud. The State of New Jersey provides Appraisal Licenses to professional personnel who are to perform the appraisal services and assist the consumer with their needs. I, as a consumer, feel very upset with the service I received from this company and will def. not allow him near my home. The sad part about all this is that my home that needed the appraisal services is right in Toms River where Dale Flanagan's Company is located. I guess that's how they treat their in-town neighbors. What a shame!

  Usually I don’t leave reviews if I haven’t completely done business with a company but the rudeness I just received is disgusting. So I just called one of their agents Michael B. in regards to a home I seen online. The home was listed for sale but I wanted to reach out and see if the owners had any interest in renting as the property has been posted for over 90 days and per the history it has had multiple pending sales that did not go through. Instead of the agent just saying “at this time the owners wish to only sell”. He goes on to say “it was a flip, they are not selling. Listen here, people who want to sell, sell and people who want to rent, rent. Instead of you wasting your time making these phone calls I suggest you find a rental site and look up rentals”. I did not change a thing. That is exactly what he said. Rude and disgusting. But I love when people show their true colors in the beginning. Now I know to never do business with them. So thank you in advance Michael. Update: So I called the main office because I wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager. A male by the name of Brian answered and I asked him if I could be transferred over to the supervisor or manager for Michael B. He said no problem and placed me on hold. Guess who Brian puts on the phone... Michael B. That’s all the clarity I need that the whole company is unprofessional. If I ask for management why would you put the person who I have an issue with on the phone? Once again thanks for showing those true colors in advance.

• Review of "East Dover Elementary School" at Toms River

  This school is really cool. Staff is really nice. Teachers help you out alot. Principal is strict and makes kids a little better. I guarante in 1 school year there you're kid will be a differant person. Mine was. She spent 6 years there (K-5). She's in 5th grade and has really buffed up from when she was in 3rd grade. She has become more responsible and I think the school helped her out.
